As a publicly funded institution, 69风流 is committed to ensuring the long-term stability and financial health of the College, including providing timely, accurate financial reporting to our staff, students, and the community.

Annual Security Report

The Annual Security Report is compiled each year by 69风流 to meet the requirements of the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act, a consumer protection law enacted in 1990. To comply with the law, all colleges and universities that receive federal funding must share information about crime on or around campus. These statistics are made accessible to the public through the college鈥檚 Annual Security Report, which is  published annually by October 1.

Freedom of Information Act

It is the public policy of this state that all persons (except those persons incarcerated in state or local correctional facilities) are entitled to full and complete information regarding the affairs of government and the official acts of those who represent them as public officials and public employees.

Equity in Athletics Disclosure Act (EADA)

The Equity in Athletics Disclosure Act (EADA) is designed to make prospective students aware of a school's commitment to providing equitable athletic opportunities for its men and women students. Any co-educational institution of higher education that participates in a federal student aid program must prepare and EADA report by October 15 and have it available upon request. Institutions must also report data to the U.S. Department of Education via an online survey. This mandatory survey can be found on the  by entering the name of the institution.
