We are committed to showcase work from individuals or groups who have something to say either politically, aesthetically or both. Or perhaps something else. We don’t claim to have the last word on a particular way to see the world. Art has no geographical bind. Nor is tethered by a specific physical body or gender. To think otherwise would be preposterous.
We read from the gut first and then we analyse. We like to inject some poetry in our thinking so academic jargon although useful, will be pretty restricted here. That doesn’t mean we do not take things seriously. It just means we read with passion.
It goes without saying you won’t see work that matches the colour of your curtains. What you will see might bite though – but there is always a reason for that.
